Starting a company isn't easy. In fact, we (Greg and Cathy Seigerman) were unsure about a lot of things in the early days. Two things we weren't unsure about: 1) Passion for installing quality floors 2) Dedication to our family and our customer families.
Because we had installed floors ourselves, we started from a very different perspective than most big box stores. When we make changes to our process, we're thinking about the families we're serving - families just like us who want to enjoy their homes and live in beautiful, practical spaces.
In the over ten years that we've been helping San Antonio/Bulverde families, we've had hundreds of success stories. The ones that make us the most proud are the ones from customers who notice our meticulous customer care and perfectionist floor quality. They really make us smile because they're the reason we started it all.
